Sliding doors lead to a deck with picnic bench, BBQ, and fire pit—ideal for long summer evenings outdoors. Beechlawn accommodates up to 8 guests across four bedrooms. The master ensuite features a king-size bed, bath, and separate shower. A twin bedroom overlooks the garden, while a double and a single bedroom (with option of an extra child’s bed) offer bay views. A family wet-room bathroom completes the layout. Free WiFi and a Bluetooth music system are provided, along with board games for cosy nights in. The gardens are a highlight, with manicured lawns, winding pathways, ponds, and a viewing area offering spectacular sea views. Please note that due to uncovered ponds, the property is not suitable for children under 7. Beechlawn is ideally located for walkers, golfers, and families with older children. A sandy beach, Coss Strand, is just 4 minutes away, while Killarney is under an hour’s drive. Cork Airport can be reached in around 1 hour 45 minutes.
