Casa Blanca is owned by Jen who has worked as an American Sign Language interpreter for the Deaf community for many years, and Oli who is a world renowned freediving instructor trainer and freediving education author. We own properties in the places we call home, Indonesia, Panama, Switzerland, and the United States, with both short and long term rental projects.

Casa Blanca is located on the magical little island of Gili Air. Jen and Oli are the owners of this property, and started it in 2019. Jen is from Panama, Oli is from Switzerland, and they met and fell in love on this very island. Casa Blanca is their project that they have created with love, sweat, and a lot of support. We hope you enjoy our little piece of paradise, and that it brings you as much joy as it does for us. We have two resident cats, Pancake and Scramble. The cats on Gili Air are famous for having short, kinked, or corkscrew tails. People often think that the cats' tails are cut, but they are born like this! As you walk around the island, see how many different kind of cat tails you can spot.

We are located in the center of Gili Air, an 850 meter or 10 minute walk from the Gili Air harbor. This puts you in a prime location to access anywhere on the island pretty quickly on bikes. We currently have a partnership with a local vendor to provide bikes at a  cost of 40,000 per day. Biking is definitely the best way to get around the island since there are no cars around! You can also take a cidomo, which is a traditional horse cart.
