Our Chalet di Lipah is based on a hillside. We have beautiful view and private white terazo pool with gorgeous blue water. There is terrace with wooden floor and pergola roof. Made to order, hand waved rattan furniture from teak wood. House interior and exterior is natural and soft colour scheme, mainly all furniture tropical design, made from teak wood and rattan. Our living room is blessed by 2 comfy jumbo size sofas, matching with dinning table chairs in fabric. Traditional Balinese weaved banana leaves lamps is in all rooms in the ground floor. We have two analogical ensuite bedrooms. In bathroom you will find toiletries and soft cotton towels. Warm coloured textured walls, indoor plants, wooden poles and beams gives a sense of being one with nature and being in it. Upstairs is a studio room, 50 square metres. There you will have large bedroom with antique style rattan and teak wood bed, from 15 century and reading chairs, custom made together. Also there, in open space is free standing bath, console with all toiletries. From terrace you will be able to see beautiful sunrise colours and also sunsets palette on the clouds.

Our team is composed from 3 beautiful and young balinese people. Our manager is Wayan Sena, he is our project manager in building stage and also continue to manage after. He can pick up you from airport or drive you around Bali island. You will also meet our house lady named Kadek Lady. She will clean and cook with love. We can serve you breakfast everyday and lunch and dinner by your request. We are constantly developing our landscaping and we have large terazo glazed pool to maintain everyday, so you will also meet our landscaper Ketut Suartana. We do love plants and greenery, but life on the hill can get dry during dry season, so keeping up with our garden is one of our mission. Smart water reuse and controlling of water flow is our mission in our property and also educating neighbourhood.

Our chalet is based in village of Lipah, which is considered to be a part of Amed. Amed is famous about diving and here we also have many fishermen and other water activities. In Lipah we have the most beautiful beach in all Amed and surrounding areas. It is sandy and good for walking. For walks best time is mornings 7am till 10/11am and evenings 4pm till 6-7pm. During lunch time, 12pm till 3pm, best is to stay indoors and rest. In Amed there is few beautiful places where you can watch sunset and have lovely dinner. There also is special spot, with extraordinary view, for a very special sunset. If you want to experience Amedian sunrise, we advice you to get fishermen boat sunrise trip, and watch sun rising from the sea, also witnessing Amed and surrounding area view from the sea perspective. We are based 185 metre above sea level, on a hillside. So we are blessed with magnificent panoramic views. We have 3 neighbours, but in distances and placements that way, so we can't see them, unless we want. But we can hear cocks in the morning, dogs in the night and some scooters during the day. But this is real bali and we are happy to share our lives with neighbours, because big magic of Bali island is beautiful balinese people and their calming view of life.
