A lakás a retro épület legalsó szintjén található, újonnan lett kialakítva. Hálószoba, nappali emeletes ággyal, kanapéval, konyharész mosó-szárítógéppel, fürdőszoba, klíma, tv, wifi. A lakásból lépcső nélkül tudunk kijutni a társasházhoz tartozó 2 hektáros, ősfás, közvetlen vízparti parkba, ahol homokozó, játszótér és grillezési lehetőség is van. Rendszeres takaríttatás megoldható. A parkban pingpong asztalok, teniszpálya akár oktatással, a szomszédban szörf, vizibicikli, kerékpár kölcsönzés is lehetséges. Akár el se kell hagynia a Fesztivál területét egész nyáron. Ha mégis, a vasútállomás, a hajó kikötő és a szórakoztató negyed egy negyed órás sétára található. A házba proxyval lehet belépni, kauciója 5000 Ft/db amit távozáskor vissza adunk! A házat legkorábban 14.00-tól és legkésőbb 10.00-kor el kell hagyni!
