Luxurious, brand new 2-room apartment (56 m2), high ground floor of a residential building. The apartment consists of: living room, open kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, balcony. Parking is free in front or around the building. The apartment is located 300 m from Maksimir Park, 150 m from Dinamo Stadium, close to public transport. Across from the apartment is a tennis and football center. Nearby there are shops, cafes, restaurants, bakeries. It consists of a bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe, a spacious bathroom, a functional kitchen and a living room with a dining area that provides a pleasant ambience. The apartment is airy, bright, equipped with modern lighting, unlimited and high speed internet (WIFI), TV (LCD, with free Netflix, any many other programs) , dual air conditioning and central heating. The kitchen is equipped for preparing and serving food, with a modern induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, dining table. In the living room there is a large sofa bed that can be converted into a large bed dimension 2m x 1.6 m if needed. The bathroom is spacious, contains a comfortable shower 1.1 m2, separate sink and toilet, toiletries, hair dryer. The apartment is not in the busy zone of the city, there is silence and peace inside,

Close to the most beautiful park in Zagreb - Maksimir Park, with very attractive ZOO, close to Dinamo Stadium and Svetice swimming pool complex. Its a zone of many hospitals and medical centers in Zagreb. 1.5 km from the hospitals KBC Rebro and KBC Dubrava. There are KBC Merkur, Djecja Bolnica Srebrnjak, Vuk Vrhovac, Bolnica Jordanovac, Petrova Bolnica...etc, If you are by car is a very easy way to the nature park Medvednica. The tram is very close, 150 m, and it takes you to the city center in about 15 minutes. Just 50 m across a parking area there it is Spar supermarket, DM shop, branch office of Zagrebačka Banka, and bakery shop.
