The villa is a special modern house where you can enjoy the natural atmosphere that will give you a sense of the true Mediterranean spirit of life. The villa was built in 2023 in a modern style and is fully air-conditioned. A maximum of 8 people can stay in the villa and you have 270 m2 of living space at your disposal, where you can enjoy peace and relaxation. Villa Mowana is located in the first row to the sea. On the spacious terraces you can enjoy the beautiful, wide sea view while you drink your morning coffee in peace. On the ground floor there is a living room with a corner sofa, two-seater, coffee table and TV as well as a modern and fully equipped high-gloss kitchen where you can easily prepare meals for the whole family. There is also a bar with 3 bar stools. In the dining room there is a dining table with seating for 8. On the ground floor there is a games room where you can enjoy a game of pool and the little ones will love the PlayStation games console. On the 1st floor you will stay comfortably in 2 bedrooms with single beds 90 x 200 each and en-suite bathrooms with shower, the beds can be joined if required, and there is a further bedroom with king-size bed 180 x 200. On the 2nd floor there is a fourth bedroom, also with king-size bed 180 x 200, which also has an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle and bath.
