"Villa Mendes" is a new built villa with swimming pool. Two master bedrooms and a studio apartment in the main house, two large apartments in the adjacent guest house. Each with private entrance. Luxurious interiors and highest quality amenities. Local dishes available at nearby restaurant on the beach reached by car or boat. Several other restaurants in the nearby area. Housekeeping and cleaning service midweek optional. King size box-spring beds, Porcelanosa & Marazzi porcelain floor tiles, Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware, WMF kitchen utensils, six Daikin air condition units, six LED TV sets 42" - 60" wide, sun beds, large outdoor dinning table, outdoor shower. Large outdoor grill on coal or wood. Laundry room with washing machine, iron etc. Main kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, blender, toaster, citrus juicer, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine etc.. Three kitchenettes.
Mooring in front of the villa; free of charge. Free WiFi access, free on site parking for 4+ cars. Main house with large living room and dinning area. Two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms in the main house. Two large apartments in the separate guest house. Studio apartment for two persons with bunk beds. Over 400m2 of outdoor paved terraces. Exceptional seafront location. Optional midweek cleaning/linen change, chef services etc.
"Villa Mendes" was built with the natural surroundings in mind. Carefully utilizing traditional and modern building practices, modern architecture and ecological principles. We feel it’s important to point out that the best our estate has to offer are epic sea views, charming sea life, breezy pine trees, unforgettable sunsets and unbelievably amazing night sky. This magical place is all about you ‘being there’ and have direct sea access. We feel privileged to be the stewards of this little piece of paradise and require our guests to honor house rules that ensure we are good neighbors to the surrounding nature. Beautiful beach and natural sea access. We recommend SUV or higher clearance vehicles due to gravel road leading to the property.
