Zaton is the right place for an unforgettable family holiday, located in the heart of the beautiful Adriatic, and is a unique combination of quiet corners in the shade of pine trees and sandy beaches that children will enjoy the most. If you long for a peaceful and at the same time luxurious holiday, then Villa Lea is the choice for you! The villa was built in 2011 and underwent its complete renovation in 2022. It is built in a contemporary style and offers its guests 700 m2 of living space and 1000 m2 of the total property. It is 1 km away from the nearest beach 'Pliša' where you will enjoy the clean and clear sea and explore the depths of the sea with family or friends. Villa Lea can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 16 people who, on the upper floor of the villa, will be arranged in 8 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers. On the upper floor, there is also a balcony with a sitting area where you will surely enjoy your morning coffee while reading your favourite reading material. You will prepare delicious meals for the whole family in a modern kitchen with a bar and two bar seats, and there is a dining room with a dining table and a spacious living room that includes a corner sofa, coffee table, TV, fireplace, and stools. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub. In the basement of Villa Lea is a tavern with summer cuisine, which is a real Dalmatian example of a place where the whole family and best friends gather, and who enjoy a few glasses of wine and delicious food until late at night.
