Three-bedroom house with more than 200 square meters of backyard including a hottub makes it comfortable for 6-8 person family. The place where Adriatic, Novigrad and Karin sea merge with Zrmanja river and a Velebit mountain. Glistening sapphire beaches, majestic sunsets and adrenaline-filled adventures, within less than half-an-hour drive to Zadar, Paklenica national park and Velebit mountain.
30 m to the kids playground with outdoor gym, 50 m from the grocery store, 150 m to the coastline and 500-700m to the best beaches in area grant an easy vacation.
