The penthouse apartment on the second floor has a living area of about 90 m² and offers an open bedroom with bathtub, living area, kitchen, walk-in closet and toilet. The whole apartment has large sliding glass doors on three sides, as well as a spacious glass terrace of about 80 m² in area and with breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding islands as far as the eye can see. On the first floor is the largest terrace, from which you enter the kitchen with living area and from the living area interior stairs lead to the second floor, where there are five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the pool with sun loungers. If you want to swim, snorkel or dive in the sea, then a few steps downhill will take you to the concrete plateau, where two kayaks are also waiting for you, so you can explore the quiet bay while enjoying the sea and life in this region to the fullest.
