Property information

Plateau apartment is part of a unique apartment Villa located on the seafront of the oldest and prettiest part of Vis, Croatia. Coated with exquisite Brač stone, the same type of stone used for the facade of the White House in Washington D.C., and equipped with finest wooden interior with a touch of “Titanic” style glamour. The Villa was completely renovated and refurbished in 2017 after the construction in 2000. Plateau apartment in Villa occupies 300 sqm of interior area on ground floor and first floor and a large terrace (plateau). Large fully equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ, outdoor shower, interior custom made marble fireplace, high-end interior with 4 bedrooms with a double bed and 4 fully equipped bathrooms. Whole area is air-conditioned and each bedroom has satellite flat TV with additional large flat TV in the living room. There are 2 washing machines and 1 dishwasher.

In walking distance from the Villa are many wonderful restaurants, supermarket, market, ATM, bars, bakery, tourist agency for rent a bike/car/boat, candy store, etc.
