Get to know and enjoy the scenic countryside by spending your holiday with family and friends in the charming pet-friendly villa dating back 400 years. With traditional-style furnishings and stone-covered walls, the air-conditioned villa promises a unique holiday experience while providing the luxuries of a modern home. It includes 3 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms with a shower. For your pure pleasure, there is also an indoor wellness room with a hydromassage pool as well as a sauna. The outdoor area also provides a great place for you to relax and enjoy the company of your favourite people. There is a large heated swimming pool with several sun loungers, where you can dry off following a swim or simply soak in the sun. In addition, you can use the outdoor barbecue grill and share a delicious meal out in the open on the terrace next to the pool.

Neighbourhood information

It is set in Gračišće, a medieval town in Central Istria with wonderful panoramic view of the green valley and the mountain Učka. Only 100 m from the house there is a typical tavern and a shop, for nature lovers there are beautiful hiking trails in the surroundings, path Saint Simun and wonderful waterfall Sopot. The nearest beach is 23 km away and the popular tourist destination with various entertainment offers Rabac is 26 km away.
