The first convenience store and cafe are only 150 m away and first beach is only 15 minutes by car in a holiday resort “Valamar” situated on peninsula “Lanterna”. By paying city tax entrance and parking in the resort is free. Poreč as historical and cultural center is only 15 km away.

I love very much learning new things: languages, customs, ideas, concepts and facts. I also like very much meeting new people and exchanging experiences. This is what makes me feel alive and happy. So traveling is one of the nicest ways to achieve that. As I was lucky to become a mother for the first time seven years ago I took on another important role which prevents me from traveling as I used to. So I decided to fulfill my experience needs with the opposite thing from traveling which is being a host. I am very proud of this job and I do it with joy.

The house is located in the center of small village Vižinada. Kids playground, basketball court and football ground are next door to the property. Vižinada is historical and picturesque place with old fountain square and old school and church, where movies were shot. It is surrounded by green hills, farms and vineyards so you can really relax and relate with nature. Vižinada has two small convenience stores for items that you need at first hand and two cafes. Two bikes on disposal so you can take many of bike routes and explore inland of Istria and visit nearby historic places like Motovun and Grožnjan. The property also offers additional service wine and gourmet tour excursion that you can take and meet local winemakers and try domestic dishes in agro tourisms. Poreč as commercial, cultural and historic center is only 15 minutes by car. There you can go shopping, enjoy restaurants, historic sites and cultural events or you can just go swimming on a one of its numerous beaches.
