Beautiful newly renovated holiday home with private pool for 4-6 people in central Istria. The house is located in Terre Bianche, located between Buje and Motovun. The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house, but has a separate entrance to the yard and the apartment. Guests have at their disposal a private fully fenced garden with olive trees, a swimming pool and a yard. The apartment is modernly equipped and consists of: two bedrooms (double bed and two single beds), living room with sofa bed for two extra people, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine and an additional toilet. The living room has access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the historic town of Grožnjan and the valley of the river Mirna. In the rental price guests have at their disposal: two air conditioners, wi-fi, bed linen, towels, private pool, bicycle room, barbecue and parking inside the yard.

Neighbourhood information

Grožnjan-Grisignana, a small Istrian town of great cultural significance, not only on the Croatian but also on the international level, lives its summer months very intensively. Every year at the beginning of May, the streets and squares of Grožnjan experience a metamorphosis and turn into a real art hive: summer music academies for young people, art, dance and drama workshops, peace activism workshops led by famous experts and pedagogues and sound names in the field of music. fine and dramatic arts.
