Take in the tranquil atmosphere and unwind while on vacation. We took care to make our house feel like a welcoming haven. We sincerely hope you enjoy our piece of paradise. Enjoy a private space to call home while on vacation. Everything you will need for a wonderful stay is included in this 138 square meter family-friendly property. There are two queen-sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully functional kitchen for foodies, a large dining and living space, a patio with a fireplace for chilly evenings, and, of course, a swimming pool for the ultimate summertime enjoyment. There is also an organic herb garden located right outside the house. On the premises, there is a private parking area where your car will also be looked after.
Welcome to Holiday Home Fresco! My name is Božena, and I will be your host. For the past seven years, my spouse Boris and I have been boat hosts rather than house hosts. We enjoy making new friends from all over the world. We are delighted to show you all the wonders that our hometown of Zadar has to offer. We wanted to provide our customers more because they are so happy with the boat rental service—a comfortable stay. We put a lot of effort into making sure our home has everything guests could possibly need for a fantastic visit. It's evolved into our second home. Even if you are only visiting for a few days, we want you to get the same feeling. From our family to yours, WELCOME!
Our house is in the quiet village of Smoković, which is only 12 kilometers from the heart of Zadar, 20 km from the ancient town of Nin, and 13 km from the stunning beaches of Sukošan. Beaches, fantastic restaurants, historical sites, and much more are all just a short drive away. We are approximately 9 kilometers from the Zadar Istok exit on the A1 and 7 km from the Zadar airport, so getting here is really easy.
