About this property
Casa Alice is a family-run hotel where winemaking tradition blends with modern comfortable accommodation. Situated just 800 metres from the beach, this restored house features a swimming pool and free WiFi. Casa Alice was restored to modern standards while keeping the traditional style of a typical Istrian house. Each room comes with air-conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The bathrooms feature a spa bath or shower and they have been tastefully decorated combining tiled floors with wooden furniture.Some rooms also feature a balcony. At Casa Alice you can have the unique opportunity to sample the family’s own red and white wines as well as extra-virgin olive produced in the family’s own olive grove. The outdoor terrace, with its large swimming pool and olive trees, add for a relaxing stay. The house is only a 20-minute walk from the historical city centre of Rovinj.
