The host offers guests accommodation in a quiet location in Porec. In the family house there are two apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the 3rd floor. Both facilities have been renovated and equipped for a comfortable stay. The hosts live in the house, and the guests and the hosts have a common entrance. The apartment on the GROUND FLOOR consists of a hallway, 2 bedrooms (connected beds 160x190), bathroom, dining room/kitchen with a sofa and TV, and a terrace surrounded by a garden that is fenced and exclusively for use by guests of this apartment. Apartment on the 3rd FLOOR (high attic) consists of a hallway, 1 bedroom (connected beds 160x190) with TV, bathroom, dining room with kitchen with two sofa beds, and a semi-covered terrace overlooking a quiet street, city and sea ​​(in the distance). Parking in front of the family house is reserved for guests. The nearest beaches are about 15 minutes on foot or about 5 minutes by car. Within a few hundred meters there are: restaurant, cafe, bakery, supermarket, marketplace, fish market, ATM, bank, hairdresser, children's playground, pine woods, pharmacy, etc.
The host has been working in tourism for over 40 years and knows many charms of our beautiful Istria. His main occupation is as a tour guide, so upon arrival, guests will (according to their wishes) be instructed with a lot of information.
