The glass walls provide great lighting in the house, and when you go out onto the terrace, you can see the sea in the distance and the Velebit mountain stretching across the landscape. Going out into the yard, guests can enjoy the barbecue, and right next to it they can refresh themselves in the outdoor shower. The first beach is only 100 meters from the house.
