Our international living experience on two continents gives superb value to our guests stay. We have many hobbies, like near by hiking, bike riding, fishing, however we are both also in wine business, and we can assist our guests in exploring most famous and unique as well as boutique wineries in Croatia and near by Herzegovina. We are highly experienced in costumer service, and we can make sure that your vacation is one of your best yet.

Property information

This unique property is rare find that has 85m2 of your own private terrace with open kitchen besides luxury flat with top of the line bathroom, living room, bedroom with again private balcony ALL looking towards open sea waters... it's just one of the kind. In edition to all above, you have fully private dedicated part of concrete beach, with your lounge chairs that you don't need to worry about! The view from every single spot is breathtaking and it will stay with you! Your flat is on it's own level, and there is no one to share your terrace or balcony or grill or open kitchen with. In your flat you have cable tv, wifi, indoor kitchen, outdoor kitchen. Balcony has comfortable wicker chairs and twoseater, and huge terrace has large dining set, plus lounge chairs to relax. There is barbeque grill and outdoor kitchen for you too. Important to add is Blace's character as fisherman's village, with all you need, if you prefer to just relax, as it is 6km away from major highway. In another aspect it is very very close to UNESCO protected cities as Dubrovnik (1h south), and Split(1h north), Mostar (1h inland), and Sarajevo (3h drive).

Neighbourhood information

Blace is absolute vacation dream village. Small fisherman's place with two restaurants and grocery shop, it's probably the only place you can see your oysters being pulled out. Not like big tourists places, Blace has hike trail, and bike trail, also known as one of the best kite surfing spots in Adriatic, where you can take kiting classes. Swimming is your daily routine with very friendly blue sea waters! Sunset in your flat is the must for every guest, as Casa Topic has unique open view where you can see islands in distance and just open water. In Casa Topic you have full privacy and at the same time you are close to everything.
