Apartment for 2-4 guests only 3 km from Poreč and beach with private entrance and parking, private terrace/garden with hot tub. It is suitable for a pair, a pair with a baby or 2-4 friends. It is wheelchair accessible, suitable for elderly, in ground-floor. There are sun loungers and garden furniture and BBC. Welcome drink and gift will be waiting for you:) Use of a hot tub included in price from the 15th of April until the 15th of October, after that a 50 euro one time fee is to be paid. We would like you to feel as if you are at home. But we also expect you to treat the house and the facilities as you'd like others to treat something yours:) Smoking is allowed outside, smoking in the house is not allowed. Quiet hours: between 11 pm and 7 am. Additional info for check in: A mandatory law - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires every guest have to present valid government ID upon check-in, persons other than registered guests are restricted from the apartment. As of 25.05.2018. we are obliged to inform you that when placing a reservation and at check-in into your place of accommodation you agree to present your personal identification documents.
