This beautifully decorated apartment with a swimming pool is located in a small Istrian village in the vicinity of Labin, only 15 minutes away from the tourist village of Rabac that is abounding with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. The apartment is located in a family house, it is comfortable and equipped with quality furnishings, and has a beautiful roofed terrace where you can relax with a favorite reading, and in the evenings you can enjoy delicious grilled dishes. During your stay, visit the historic town of Labin, the venue for numerous summer festivals, and we also recommend going to a boat trip from Rabac.

The neighborhood is completely peaceful with a crime rate of 0%. Small village Snašići is located 5km away from the town of Labin, and 10km from the main tourist destination, Rabac. Only a 5-minute walk from the apartment separates you from a local mini market that holds all of your daily necessities.
