U malom, mirnom, ribarskom mjestu Šimuni na pola puta između grada Paga i Novalje nalazi se dvoetažni apartman Eva. U prizemlju je kuhinja, blagovaonica, dnevni boravak i wc. Na katu je soba s bračnim krevetom, soba s dva pojedinačna kreveta te prostrana kupaonica s tušem. Apartman ima i vanjsku terasu s pogledom na uvalu Šimuni. Šimuni su poznati po lijepoj, velikoj plaži sa puno hlada borove šume. U selu je ribarnica, svaki drugi dan dolazi i crveni kombi sa svježim voćem i povrćem.
