K11 ARTUS is committed to providing a smoke-free environment for all residents and guests. Any violation will result in one-night rental penalty plus 10% service charge.

Our residences are for accommodation only, and must not exceed the maximum number of occupants permitted for each residence type at all times. For any violations, an additional charge equivalent to one (1) night's room rate plus 10% service charge and the enhanced room cleaning fee will be incurred. On the occasion that our residences are required for social or commercial purposes, our Sales team would be most delighted to assist. Please contact us for more information.

Please note that maintenance work of the restaurant will be carried out from October 26th to November 4th, 2025, and will resume normal operation from November 5th 2025.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
