Villa Despina is a complex of contemporary holiday apartments located in the outskirts of Polichrono village, just a few steps from the seaside on the Kassandra peninsula of Halkidiki, offering accommodation and exclusive services. Villa Despina contains fifteen (15) self-catering apartments and studios over three floors of an attractive building with a brick-tiled roof. There are three different types of accommodation to suit your needs, all with sea view. All are fully furnished, air-conditioned and are decorated in a tasteful, contemporary style that emphasizes clean lines and pastel surfaces. Surrounded by a 3,000 square meters of olive grove, the villa looks out on a lovely garden that slopes gently down to the beach – a perfect spot for children to play safely and without disturbing those in the villa. The garden is relaxing and cool with a beach bar, where our guests can relax and enjoy our services in an exclusive environment.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is in the outskirts of Polichrono (2.5km away), away from the centers of the area offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Behind our building there is the green pine forest of Kassandra, while in front, just a few steps away, there is a sandy beach with the crystal-clear waters of Toroneos bay. Our seaside location in the center of the peninsula makes it easy for you to organize your sightseeing tours around Kassandra. The nearest restaurant is 300m away, while the nearest supermarkets are 2.5km away in the villages of Polichrono and Kriopigi.
