This charming Varkiza Seaside Penthouse is a duplex with two bedrooms on the main floor and a loft bedroom space upstairs, adjacent to a gorgeous 100sqm roof garden with incredible views of Varkiza Resort beach, one of the most popular upscale beaches in Southern Athens, which is only 300 meters away (3 minute walk). The apartments location is ideal! Phenomenal views from both the roof garden and the balconies. Perfect for families or groups of friends and a great alternative to the pricey hotels in the area. A 50% discount is offered for beach entrance for all guests staying at the apartment.

Varkiza is a charming seaside town featuring Varkiza Resort beach, one of the most popular upscale beaches in Athens, including many restaurants, water and beach sports activities. Varkiza is only a 15 minute drive from the airport and 10 minute drive to Glyfada, the nearest cosmopolitan town with amazing shopping and nightlife.
