Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment in sunny Keramoti. The property consists of one beautiful air-condition fitted kitchen and living room space. The kitchen living room area comes with a couch that can be turned into a double bed, a front facing balcony (fitted with chairs and a table for you to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather), a fully furnished kitchen to your disposal as well as in door dinning space. There is also an extra closet for extra storage. The bathroom consists of a shower and a toilet and all the utilities you might need (hair drier, washing machine, towels etc). The bedroom comes with a king sized bed, air con, plenty of storage space as well as a back garden facing balcony.
The neighbourhood is a picturesque residential street in the scenic port side of sunny Keramoti. Located by the port side area where all the restaurants and bars are. The apartment is 5 minutes away (on foot and 2 by car) from the Keramoti ferry port where you can take the ferry to the beautiful island Thassos and 10 minutes away from the beach. The neighbourhood is very close to the centre of the town but remains peaceful both during the day and night.
