A great family beachfront villa in a quite neighborhood with garden terrace direct access after 500m to the sea and large comfortable living spaces.It is located 37 klms away from Makedonia airport of Thessaloniki and 7 klms from the center of Kallikratia. Perfect for a group of friends or a family vacation with private parking, fully equipped kitchen and large outdoor barbeque space to enjoy a beautiful night. The house sleeps 12 people comfortably in 2 double beds, 5 single beds and 2 sofas.
