The Bohemian Townhouse is a fully-renovated traditional Skiathos home, mixing timeless island elegance with new-age boho elements and a minimalistic vibe. The property features 2 separate floors, rented separately, each with its very own independent studio. Free Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, a washing machine, and flat-screen TVs with a Netflix subscription are included. The ''Apartment with balcony'' located on the upper floor is approx. a 35 sqm studio, featuring a queen-size bed with brand new mattresses, a sofa bed that can convert into a comfy double bed (1,40m) if needed, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle, and tableware items, a fireplace, a small balcony, and a private spacious bathroom with shower cabin, a washing machine, and basic cleaning products. The ''Apartment on the ground floor'' is approx. a 25 sqm studio, featuring 1 double bed. It has an equipped kitchenette with cooking and electric appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, coffee mixer, and tableware items, a private bathroom with a washing machine and basic cleaning products. Outdoor furniture (a coffee table with chairs) is also available. There is no shared room for guests in any of the Bohemian Townhouses and the only interior door connecting the 2 floors remains locked during your stay. This property may not be suitable for elders, disabled individuals or light sleepers.

This aristocratic house is built at the very heart of Skiathos Old Port, one of the most beautiful areas of Skiathos town and only a heartbeat away from some of the island’s most iconic restaurants and bars. Due to its unique location, in a traditional cobbled street, the property is only accessible by motorcycle, bike, or on foot. Cars are allowed to park 5 minutes away, in the large parking area in the district of the Acropolis. Mini market and pharmacy are located only a heartbeat away.
