Kalimera (=Good Morning)! I am Alexandros, an ex-financier who turned into an entrepreneur. I grew up in Athens, Greece, an awesome and vibrant city, where I studied Civil Engineering at NTUA. I was always keen on music, a passion which I flipped into DJing, yeap!!! Following my graduation I wanted to see the world and study abroad, so I attended Columbia University in NYC for my second Masters degree. The 2008 crash sent me directly to Germany where I started my career in banking. After some years in corporate environments I decided to follow my real love, which is creating things from scratch, so I quit my job and alongside with my brother, George, we began a hospitality start-up. We provide unique furnished apartments by offering personalized services! It is so awesome to be an explorer and we believe that if you do not travel is like reading only the cover of the book. Renovated in October 2017, this 30 sqm. (323 sf.) studio apartment is on the 3rd floor of a typical Athenian down town building, situated right in the heartbeat of Athens. It consists of an open space which includes the colorful living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable double bed and a cozy couch. The apartment has a private well-designed bathroom too, with beautiful tiles. The studio has big windows which make it even brighter due to natural light! The best of all is that when you come back home from a day full of exploration, you can either grab a glass of wine and enjoy it in the apartment or you can just hop on one of the numerous bars and restaurants that are in the neighborhood, and blend with the locals.

Plaka and Syntagma, are what Times Square is for NYC... The Greek parliament, ministries, bars and restaurants, theaters, all the major brands and the famous retail street of Ermou are literally around the corner. Its upbeat character will keep you hooked since there is never enough time to enjoy all the cozy cafeterias in the area! Syntagma is really multicultural neighborhood since you can find people from all over the world, not only visiting, but also working in Athens. As you exit the apartment you will find many cafeterias, bars, theatres and restaurants serving Greek, Indian, Sushi, Chinese, Thai, German, and many more :) The apartment is 3 minutes away from “Syntagma” square from where not only the metro, but also busses and trams pass by! While walking during the daytime you can meet a variety of locals, from businessmen and actors to students and tourists. Acropolis, the Acropolis museum, Plaka, Monastiraki flea market, as well as Lycabettus hill and all the upbeat Athens neighborhoods are in the immediate vicinity.
