Just 130 km. from Athens and just 200 meters from the sea, a modern architecture house available for unique holidays. The huge terrace with panoramic sea views is ideal for relaxation, tranquility and meditation, yoga or cheerful party with dancing
Είμαι δασκάλα σε δημοτικό σχολείο και μαμά δύο αγοριών. Μου αρέσουν πολύ τα ταξίδια ,η τέχνη της φωτογραφίας,η μουσική και το μαγείρεμα. Λατρεύω το καλοκαίρι και τη θάλασσα. The owners do not live permanently in the area, but may attend once weekly to settle any issues.
The main characteristics of the region that is located in an isolated area in the wooded area, just 250 meters from the nearest beach and 750 meters from the most easily accessible beach Mikrovivou. In 3.2 km there is the village of Tragana with all necessary infrastructure including supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy etc. Beach Tragana offers besides the beach, bars and taverns. Within 10 minutes (by car) is the Theologian, Atalanta and Skala. Τhe property has enough space for parking, and the car is essential for getaways. The Athens-Lamia The National Road is only in 3 km, and there are frequent departures by bus from Athens . The airport is 135 km. from the house with easilly access from the center of Athens via Attiki - National Road.
