The studio is located in Koundouros, at the Western side of Kea island. It is only 20 meters away from a beautiful beach. It has a private parking and can accommodate up to 4 persons. It is ideal for relaxing vacations by the sea and gives you the opportunity to enjoy numerous sunsets from your terrace. The breathtaking view towards the Aegean Sea is something synonymous with this house. The studio has a loft with a queen bed, facing the living room and the terrace. In the living room there are two separate sofa beds and the traditional fireplace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator with freezer and a coffeemaker ready for you to use. Lastly there is a bathroom with a shower, and a central ceiling fan in the living room.
Another key feature of this house is the proximity that it has to different types of beaches. You can choose between more serene or crowded sites (beach bar, watersports, restaurant) and reach them within a maximum 10 minute walk. The closest beach is 3 minutes away!
