Niki Apartment is located in the northern suburb of Chalandri, a very safe neighborhood of Athens. It has been fully renovated and boasts fast Wi-Fi (200 Mbps) throughout the property. It has everything one might need for short or long term stays. It also has a separate office/study that makes it suitable for professionals or digital nomads having to work from home. The rooms are air-conditioned and all the beds boast memory foam matresses and pillows for a comfortable rest.
The apartment is located very conveniently between Attiki Odos - E94 (2 km), Chalandri metro station (blue line 1,5 km) the Suburban Railway (proastiakos, 1.5 km away) Neratziotissa metro station (green line 2.2 km) and the OAKA Olympic Complex (1 km away). Chalandri is a very vibrant neighborhood and at the centre you will find the second biggest commercial market in Athens. You will find countless restaurants for every taste and price bracket as well as night clubs, bars and cafes. On top of that, the Athens Golden Hall is within walking distance at 800m away and Athens "The Mall" the biggest shopping mall in Greece at 2.3 km. Major hospitals like "Ygeia", "Iatriko Kentro", "Iaso" and "Genesis" are close by so access is very easy for people looking to be near. Within 3 mins walking you will find the "Rematia" an oasis of nature boasting a small creek and the outdoor theatre of Rematia with happenings all through the summer. Greengrocer, pharmacy, bakeries and supermarkets are between 30 and 300m away
