A brand-new luxury holiday home located in a quiet neighbourhood within 10 minutes' walk from Nikiti Marina and the town's high street. This spacious and bright home spans over two floors and offers three large double bedrooms able to comfortably accommodate six guests. The second-floor master bedroom features a beautiful balcony that's perfect for your morning coffee. Fully equipped and air-conditioned, the home boasts an open-plan kitchen and a bright, spacious living room extending into a generous patio with a large dining table. Of course, things won't be complete without an outdoors barbecue, and thankfully ours is conveniently placed on the patio. Arriving by car? No problem - a private free parking space is available right in front of the property.
We love hosting families, couples and friends who share the same love for the sea, the long summer nights and the rustic feel of Sithonia, just like us.
The property is located in a quiet area of Nikiti, among a mini-neighbourhood of newly built holiday homes. The Marina and the high street with all restaurants are easily reachable with 10 minutes on foot. Easy car access from the main road. The location serves as a fantastic base from which to explore the rest of Sithonia and beyond.
