Discover the Ekati and Persephone apartments built in 2023, in Kriopigi, just 1.8 km from the beach. The two apartments are located in the basement. They have a cour-anglaise balcony, that is, a balcony on their basement level which has a roof made of transparent and translucent glass, resulting in natural light and ventilation. The balconies are equipped with outdoor furniture. The apartments have a modern interior design, combining comfort and usability. They consist of a king-size double bed, sofa bed, kitchen, office, bathroom.

Kriopigi is famous for its excellent food, having a multitude of restaurants and family taverns. The beaches at a distance of 1.8 km retain their pristine character, while there are also options for famous beach bars within a radius of 3 km. Most importantly, it is located in the center of Kassandrea making it your base to discover both sides of peninsula.
