A Wonderful Maisonette and a Studio by the Lake of Agios Nikolaos. The view is amazing as the balcony is exactly above the Lake! The Maisonette is beautiful,comfortable and can host a family of four or five members. The Maisonette is on the second and third floor of a building with 3 floors. Studio is in the first floor. On the ground there is a shop with touristic souvenirs. The building is located at the main pavement of Agios Nikolaos that is full of restaurants,coffee shops,wine bars etc.. You can enjoy your coffee or a meal either on the kitchen's bar or at the dining table. On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower. There is an internal wooden stair that leads you to the even more amazing second floor of the Maisonette. At the second floor there are two bedrooms one master with a double bed and windows all around it that allows you to enjoy the view of the Lake anytime. The second one is spacious and has two single beds,both bedrooms has wooden floors. Also the amazing bathroom of the second floor with the neoclassical arc and amazing view.On the evening of Resurrection a magic atmosphere is created from fireworks and lighted candles Also the cliff diving in July !

Stroll the harbour front alongside a young crowd of Greek fashionistas, park yourself at a cafe and listen to the buzz of conversation, or head to one of a handful of neighoburing beaches.
