Large detached house, fenced with stone pillars and railings, suitable for a family or a group of 4-6 people, since we can have options in the beds and the spaces, all with a spectacular view of the bay of Skoutari and the Laconian Gulf. It has a lot of space for parking and security for children and pets in the surrounding area. Just a few minutes by car to some of the best beaches of Laconia (Skoutari, Kamares, Vathi).
I give my visitors space and I am available when needed.
Kalyvia Gythio is a small, picturesque village with a wonderful view of the Laconian Gulf. It has the small port of Paganeas and the beach, Kato Pigadi. The village is located between Gythio and Areopoli, very close to Kotrona and Vathi, Diros Caves and Itilo! All the above is at a distance of at most 30 km from the house with the over-quiet neighborhood !!
