Σε ένα από τα ομορφότερα χωριά της Τήνου τον Τριαντάρο, βρίσκεται το σπίτι δίπλα από έναν επιβλητικό βράχο, με απεριόριστη θέα το χωριό και την θάλασσα! Είναι μονοκατοικία 2 επιπέδων. Στο πρώτο επίπεδο έχει μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, σαλόνι με τζάκι, βεράντα με τραπέζι και καρέκλες. Στο δεύτερο επίπεδο έχει δύο υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά κρεβάτια, μπαλκόνι με τραπέζι και καρέκλες και ένα ευρύχωρο wc. Η πρόσβαση στο σπίτι γίνεται μέσα από ένα παλιό μονοπάτι 100 μέτρων
