A fully renovated penthouse studio in the winter of 2025. Attico di lusso was designed with a lot of care and taste, fully equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Within the 29 sq.m of this studio up to two persons can be hosted comfortably. This studio features a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, an elegant and comfortable bathroom and a shower with rain. Τhis property offers heating/cooling with air conditioning, a flat screen 42' TV, a complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as a private large balcony with canopy ovrelooking the view of the city.
