Our cozy apartment house Alexandra is centrally located in the picturesque village of Pefkohori – just about 200 meters from the long sandy and pebbly beach. This family-run accommodation with a warm and welcoming atmosphere offers 9 comfortable apartments for a relaxing stay. Our accommodations: Studios for 2 persons Comfortable sleeping area Kitchenette TV & air conditioning Shower/WC Balcony Apartments for 4 persons Two separate bedrooms, each with its own balcony Kitchenette TV & air conditioning Shower/WC Please note: The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the rental. If you would like a change during your stay, this can be booked as an additional service. We also offer an optional mid-stay cleaning of your studio or apartment. Both services can be conveniently added via our booking page. Cancellation: Flexible Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel free of charge up to 42 days before arrival. Partial Refund: If cancelled within 42 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged. No-Show (Non-Arrival): Please inform us in advance in case of a delayed arrival. Without notification, the room will be held until 12:00 a.m. on the day of arrival. After that, the booking will be cancelled without refund Parking: No private parking is available. Street parking is possible in accordance with local traffic regulations. Conduct and House Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments. Violations may result in cleaning fees and further consequences. Please treat other guests and staff with respect, and observe quiet hours during midday and at night.

Pefkohori is a beautiful and well-maintained seaside resort located in the south of the Kassandra peninsula. The long sandy and pebbly beach slopes gently into the sea – making it ideal for children to play and splash around safely. Sun lovers will feel right at home here, and water sports enthusiasts will also find plenty of exciting opportunities for fun and adventure. At the beach, you can easily rent sun loungers and umbrellas and simply relax. In the evening, the charming village invites you for a leisurely stroll through its old town.
