New stylish apartment with big balcony and Tbilisi mountain view located near the entertaining center East Point, airport and subway station getting to the heart of Tbilisi - Liberty Square by subway ride in about 15 minutes. In the neighborhood you can enjoy the newly renovated open green park.   Enjoy the new warm special decorations, colors and big screen android TV with nice lighting. Good quality blackout curtains with room-darkening features, will also give you a nice sleep.

In the neighborhood you can enjoy the newly renovated open green parks, stadium, street workout cute areas and skate park. All around just few steps away are supermarkets with good prices. Please be noted about some construction in neighborhood and might be noisy during working hours but inside is quite and relaxing
