The House is amazing. So much space for everyone to feel comfortable. It was beautifully clean, there was plenty of hot water for us all and the facilities were great. The 2 parking spaces were a bonus too. It was very convenient for our function...

Very handy location as we could walk to Ventnor town centre in minutes. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The house met our needs well, and was spacious enough for 3 generations of one family....

A lovely and spacious house. Perfect for a family holiday, with the grandparents joining us too. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, plus a great selection of games, books and toys, which my young children were very pleased about....

Loved the house. Nice and spacious. Great for a large family like us... 4 adults and 4 Teens. Lots of little places for everyone to get away from each other, and chill 🤣 View from top bedroom window... unbelievable!

Absolutely stunning property with gorgeous views, spacious rooms and a light, airy feel. It was a perfect place for myself and my bridal party to get me ready for my wedding and then for myself and my husband to stay afterwards. Thank you so much!

Ventnor Views is a beautiful Victorian semi-detached villa with large balcony, designed to make full use of the extensive sea views. The property is a 6 minute walk to the beach and the High St. The property is split over three floors - ground floor has large lounge and large kitchen with dining table big enough to sit 10, the middle floor has another large lounge, a bedroom with super king bed and ensuite, and an additional toilet; and the top floor has a further three bedrooms - a super king, a twin and a triple (including bunk beds) and also a bathroom with shower. There is an outside table in the back yard and a lawn in the front garden.
We are a friendly family who use the property ourselves and we understand what makes a good family holiday work. The house and kitchen is well stocked based on our experiences of what makes a fun filled trip to the Island and what makes a good family base to enjoy the many attractions and hidden gems the Isle of Wight has to offer. We love this house, we hope you will too and we will do as much as we can to make your holiday a great one.
Ventnor is a beautiful Victorian resort tucked into the steep hills that run along the south of the Isle of Wight; the famous so-called ‘undercliff’. This unique geography creates a milder micro-climate than found elsewhere in England, frost is rare and as a result, many of the gardens in Ventnor have a distinctly sub-tropical look. The small town centers around the pretty, low key beach, which is good for swimming, sand castles and family fun, and there is just enough on the esplanade for a good coffee or a great ice-cream without it feeling overdeveloped. Ventnor punches above its weight in terms of restaurants too, with several great options for eating out (your hosts will happily give recommendations should you need them). The South of the Island is in many ways a ‘hidden gem’ with an undeveloped coastline starting from Ventnor in the east, all the way round to Freshwater at the western tip of the Island. The coastal walk to Niton (around 4 miles) offers a fantastic taste of the beauty of this part of the Island. Despite feeling away from it all, Ventnor is still only 30 minutes’ drive from the Ferries at Fishbourne or Cowes, and few destinations or beaches on the Island are more than a half hour’s drive away. All in all, Ventnor is a charming, picturesque town and a wonderful base to enjoy while still allowing easy exploration of the rest of the Island.
