We have owned the apartment for 25 years as a holiday home and have had many great times here. The kids are now grown up and we don't use the place quite as often as we did for family holidays. As such we have recently decided to let it out over the summer months. We are based in Glasgow, but still regularly love visiting for walking, cycling, sailing and general relaxation. Keys will be available from a key safe. I will be available on mobile and can travel to the house within 2 hours if need be.

A truly stunning location with a mixture of predominately Victorian Mansions overlooking the Kyles of Bute which separates the village of Tighnabruaich from the Isle of Bute. Great walking straight from the house. Fishing on the nearby pier, rods in flat. Golf nearby and clubs are in the flat. Cycling is fantastic, there are two bikes for use, one large and a medium. If you have a car or bikes, there are good ferry connections if you wish to go farther afield over to the Isle of Bute or the Kintyre Peninsula and beyond to the islands of Ghia, Islay or Jura for a day trip. Parking. The lane up to the property is about 100yards and is quite bumpy, but everyone manages with normal cars, you don't need a 4x4. There is parking at the front of the property although not guaranteed. We generally unload at the flat, then take the car down to the shore road and leave it there.
