The Nest is a newly built luxury self-catering studio apartment providing a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Situated at the end of a private drive in the grounds of the owners substantial dwelling, The Nest enjoys a peaceful setting just a 15 minute drive from both the centre of Cambridge and Newmarket. The property is all on one level and has a desk/work area for business guests. It also includes: Kingsize bed and wardrobe. Sitting area with TV. Dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, oven and microwave. Shower room with shower wash basin and WC. Gas central heating. Outside: Small private courtyard with seating area. One private parking space (No Commercial Vehicles)
I ran one the UK's largest independently owned Villa holiday companies for over 30 years. Whilst now effectively retired, we know the standards required by traveling guests and aim to provide and maintain these at all times.
The location is ideal for those wanting to be just 10 or 15 minutes form both the heart of Cambridge and the horse racing centre of Newmarket, whilst enjoying the peace and quiet of village life. The village of Fulbourn is delightful and has a rich choice of local amenities, including, pubs, restaurants, numerous convenience shops and a small supermarket. Boasting beautiful walks through the nature reserve and surrounding countryside, The Nest really does have a best of both worlds location!
