The Apartment, by Lullaby Lettings, is a delightfully finished and cared for 1 bedroom apartment which gives you a warm and generous welcome. Free high speed Wi-Fi, contemporary furniture, flat screen TV and free parking; the Apartment offers a genuine “home from home” accommodating up to 2 people. You'll have the entire apartment to yourself. It is fully furnished with everything you require, including linen and towels, which are professionally cleaned and maintained to the highest possible standard. There is a compact fully equipped kitchen area with everything needed from a few days away up to a longer stay. The kitchen area has an oven, hob, fridge, washer dryer and all kitchenware is provided. The dining area is ideal for entertaining and comfortably seats up to 4 people. All crockery is also supplied. The cosy bedroom has two comfortable single beds with ample storage and bedside lights. The 3 piece bathroom has a shower pod and a powerful shower. Overall the Apartment, by Lullaby Lettings, has been thoughtfully decorated in relaxing modern colours and furniture. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.

If you have any problems whilst you are our guest, please contact us and we promise to rectify it as soon as reasonably possible. Each property is scrupulously cleaned prior to our guest’s arrival and, for those staying with us for longer periods, we have cleaners attending the property on a regular basis. The property is available to book direct.
The Apartment, by Lullaby Lettings, is in the Swinley area of Wigan. Just a very short walk away we have local high class bars, restaurants and takeaways, For those of you who fancy hitting the town bars and clubs - you are only a 0.5 miles walk away and even closer by car/taxi. The very large Tesco supermarket is only about 5 minutes walk (less than 2 minutes by car) and the main town centre shopping area such as The Grand Arcade and The Galleries are also just a few minutes walk. As are the two Wigan mainline train stations – we would suggest walking as there is a charge to park at the main train station car park. However there are many other small cheaper car parks nearby. A short drive from The Apartment, you’ll find many location attractions such a golf courses, swimming pools, cinemas, bowling alleys and beautiful family walks and children's play areas. For our adventurous guests, the beautiful and famous Haigh Woodland Park is 0.6 miles walk away and the rugged West Pennine Moors are only about 15 minutes drive. The main Wigan Hospital (Royal Infirmary) is a short 400 metres walk away.
