Upon check out, please ensure you take all of your personal items with you as regrettably, any left items to be posted back to you will incur a £10.00 administration fee plus cost of postage. Lost items will be disposed of one week after your departure date inclusive.
All rubbish/recycling must be removed from the apartment before/at departure. Regrettably, non-conformity will incur an administration charge of £20.00 deducted from the security deposit.
Please ensure you do not lose the property keys or lock yourself out of the property. A replacement key fee of £10.00 will be charged in the event of lost keys and a call out charge of £40.00 will be applied if it is necessary for a member of staff to retrieve keys or replace them.
Maximum number of guests staying at the property MUST NOT EXCEED TWO guests.The apartment Short Term Let licence application - (Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Short Term Lets) Order 2022 - allows a maximum of two persons per booking. Guest numbers are checked/monitored.
Please note, the property is fitted with a noise level monitoring device.
EV (electric vehicle) charging from the apartment electricity outlets is strictly prohibited as cables MUST NOT be present on the communal road and parking MUST NOT take place outside of the parking bays indicated for the apartment.
Failure to adhere to EV (electric vehicle) charging terms and conditions will incur a £200.00 charge.
