Situated in Bowmore, this detached bungalow looks out on to Loch Indaal. The property is a holiday home, no long term lets or workmen. The property has three bedrooms, 1 king size, 1 double and 1 twin Each of the bedrooms has a walk-in double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Hairdryers are provided in each of the bedrooms and linen and towels will be provided also. The main bathroom has toilet, washhand basin, bath and separate shower with the second facility having a toilet, washhand basin and shower cubicle. The dining area has an extending table which when fully extended will seat 10-12 people. The facilities included in the lounge are free-sat TV, DVD, WiFi. Games, jigsaws and a selection of book are also available. Facilities within the kitchen include an integrated fridge-freezer, slimeline dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and hatch to the dining area. There are also numerous cupboards. In the utility room you will find the washine machine and jacket and shoe storage. There's adequate parking for two to three cars Changeover is Saturday with 7 night minimal stay during high season No long lets or workmen - sorry!
5 minute walk from shops, bars, restaurants, swimming pool, Round Church and Bowmore Distillery. Several bars and restaurants within the village of Bowmore and taxis availiable to go further afield. Quiet neighbourhood with the property enjoying a magnificent outlook over Loch Indaal. Previous guests have reported being able to observe 32 different species of birds from the large picture window in the lounge.
