The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Unbeatable town centre location, close to the train station and a plethora of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and 2 minutes walk to the beach. Extremely spacious and all amenities you could wish for. The property is a maisonette above a shop. There is 1 flight of stars to access the living area nad kitchen and then another flight of stairs to the 2 bedrooms.
6 minutes walk to the seafront 5 minute walk to Bexhill Train Station De La Warr Pavilion Manor Gardens Bexhill Old Town Trattoria Italiana Bentleys Smokehouse Pebbles on the beach Restaurant Opa Opa Greek Restaurant The Custom Cafe Egerton Park Bexhill Museum
