Welcome to my small but quaint guest house, I offer 2 beautiful double rooms, comfortable clean and stylish, and little luxurious you dont get in a hotel
Both rooms are on the 1st floor (11steps)
The bathroom is shared between both rooms also allocated upstairs, it has a newly refurbished shower hot and powerful.
My rooms are perfect for a single guest, and very safe for a female guest, also very comfortable for couples **I DO REQUIRE AN ETA FOR BOOKED ROOMS, IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE LATER THAN THE TIME GIVEN, PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP**......Stylish rooms in a beautiful home, in a quaint historic village former home to Ann Boleyn Family, close to Southend beach ,Southend airport, Rochford station, the rooms are beautifully decorated with TV, kettle, coffee tea, mini fridge with fresh milk, fresh jug of iced water on arrival, complimentary sweet and savoury snacks.
*The property is about 10 min taxi ride from/to Apton Hall wedding venue*
Checkin is from 5pm weekdays, 12pm weekends
