I have lived in Suffolk all my life and worked for two very successful holiday letting agents over the last 10 years. A magnificent single story holiday home with 4 super king en-suite bedrooms, 3 acres of beautiful wildlife friendly gardens and a fully equipped gym. Bring your paddle boards and kayaks as the property has a private jetty onto the River Alde, only a short walk away. 3 of the 4 spacious bedrooms are in the main property and the third is 'Little Owl', an en-suite annex bedroom, beside the gym, in the garden. Spring House is suitable family / friends holidays. Parties are not permitted.

Spring House is located on a private road on the outskirts of Aldeburgh which has fabulous shops, restaurants, beach and pubs. The property is a 15 minute walk from Aldeburgh High Street so comfy shoes and bikes are perfect. The property is close to Aldeburgh Golf Club and golfers are welcome. You can catch the bus from Aldeburgh to other local towns and villages. There is plenty of parking on the drive at Spring House. In the town of Aldeburgh you can pay and park in the carparks or find spaces on side roads. The spaces on the High Street are time restricted.
