Slemish View offers a spectacular countryside view in a peaceful rural setting. This bungalow annex is a home away from home with all it’s modern amenities - a completely separate unit attached to the main bungalow. An ideal location for touring - 30mins from Belfast International Airport, within 30mins of Giants Causeway and beautiful North Coast’s sandy beaches, 40mins to Belfast City and the world famous Titanic Centre and only a short drive to local shopping areas and the Antrim Glens.

I love meeting new people from all over the world and offer them a home away from home. I also love to travel and have been to the Great Barrier Reef, the Rocky Mountains in Canada and also the Grand Canyon. Another pastime is walking, especially along our north coast here in NI and you can see some of these places in my photographs of Slemish View. We live in main bungalow so we will generally be available if you need any help.

The beautiful village of Broughshane which was crowned the Best Village of the Year 2018 is only 5 miles away from Slemish View. They have also won numerous awards for their vibrant floral displays which can be found decorating every corner, especially in spring and summer. There is a beautiful river walk at The Buttermilk Bridge Path, play area and a water fowl and pet animal enclosure. A great day out for kids and its all free!!! Lots of coffee shops, restaurants and even an ice cream parlour. Slemish Mountain lies just outside the village and is a popular spot among hikers. The mountain also served as a Game of Thrones filming location. The village and surrounding area are well worth a visit. Slemish View is 3 miles from Ballymena. Public transport is poor near our home so you really require your own transport. Taxis are available and there is a bus and train station in Ballymena.
